Service Description

This is the Body Composition Training and Nutrition Plan for 6 months. In the Weight Loss Plan, you will have combined Physical Exercises and Nutrition Goals to re design your body, developing muscles and burning fat while keeping your feminine shape. Accordingly to your goals, we are going to perform weight lifting and cardiorespiratory exercises aligned to a proper Nutrition Plan, so that you could achieve results on your health and consequently on your aesthetics. Let's design your body from inside out.
