In consideration of good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I, the undersigned, hereby grant to Alessandra Fiorini and/or her business ("Trainer") and her agents, the right to use, in whole or in part, and without restrictions as to changes or alterations: my name, photographs, images, story and testimonial, on all and any of hers or her business's Website,  Social Media, including but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and any others that may still to be created.

I acknowledge that the Trainer has no obligation to show me the images, photographs, videos or texts prior to publish or post them.

The rights granted shall extend in perpetuity, unless revoked in writing to the Trainer by me, throughout the world and for any purpose  whatsoever.

I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE and FOREVER DISCHARGE any and all claims arising out of, or in connection with, such use by Trainer, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy.

I hereby warrant and represent that I am at least 18 years of age and have the right to contract in my own name. This release contains the entire agreement between the parties hereto as to the subject matter contained herein.
